Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and items must be physically returned within 10 days of your return request approval.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging.
• Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for verification. For online purchases or if you received a digital receipt, we can most likely locate your order in our system if you don’t have your receipt on hand.

Important Note:
Bee-related purchases, including bees, nucs, hives, and queens, are non-refundable once picked up. We cannot accept returns on these items due to their unique nature and handling requirements.
